At TripCrafters, we value the role of customer reviews in helping travel agents build credibility and attract more business. To encourage agents to collect genuine reviews, we’ve introduced a Bonus Credit Policy that rewards agents for receiving verified reviews from TripCrafters leads. This guide explains how the bonus system works and how you can earn credits to further grow your business.
What Is the Bonus Credit Policy for Reviews?
The Bonus Credit Policy allows agents to earn credits for verified reviews submitted by travelers they have served through TripCrafters. These credits can be used towards purchasing additional leads, providing an extra incentive to maintain a strong online reputation through positive customer feedback.
How the Bonus Credit Policy Works
- TripCrafters Leads
For every lead purchased from TripCrafters that results in a booking, you can invite the traveler to leave a review after their trip. For each verified review with a 4 or 5 star rating collected from a TripCrafters lead, you will receive 200 bonus credits.
- Minimum Rating Threshold
Reviews with a rating lower than 3 stars are not eligible for bonus credits. This ensures that the bonus system rewards agents who consistently deliver excellent service.
- External (Direct) Reviews
Agents can invite direct customers not sourced through TripCrafters or Holdify - to leave reviews on their profiles. This helps showcase positive customer experiences and enhances profile credibility.
Bonus Credits for High Ratings
Agents will earn ₹100 in bonus credits for each direct review submitted, provided the review is rated 4 stars or higher.
Limit on Bonus Credits
Bonus credits will only be awarded for the first 10 external reviews. After reaching this limit, no additional credits will be granted, regardless of the review rating.
Steps to Collect Reviews and Earn Bonus Credits
- Request Reviews from TripCrafters Leads
After completing a booking, go to the Purchased Leads section of your account. You’ll see an “Ask for Review” button next to each booking. Clicking this button will send a review request to the traveler. When they submit a review and it’s verified, bonus credits will automatically be added based on the rating received. - Track Your Reviews
You can monitor all submitted reviews in the Reviews section of your profile. This section shows the traveler’s rating and the bonus credits earned. Reviews are typically verified within a short period after submission. - Automatic Credit Addition:
Bonus credits earned from verified reviews will be automatically added to your account and applied during your next package purchase. - Focus on Service:
High ratings (especially 5-star) translate into more bonus credits, so prioritize excellent service and post-trip follow-up.
Guidelines for Reviews
- Only genuine reviews from actual customers are eligible for bonus credits. TripCrafters follows a strict verification process to ensure all reviews are authentic. Bonus credits are awarded only after a review is verified by TripCrafters.
- Agents are encouraged to reply to reviews, whether positive or negative, as part of building trust and enhancing their online reputation.

- Deliver Excellent Service: The higher the rating, the more bonus credits you’ll earn. Focus on providing exceptional service to ensure 5-star reviews, which earn 200 credits per review.
- Engage with Customers: Following up with customers after their trips and encouraging them to leave reviews can significantly boost your profile and help you accumulate bonus credits.
- Monitor Your Ratings: Keep track of your reviews and use feedback to continuously improve your services.
