1. Optimize Your Company Profile:
   • Ensure that your profile is complete with a detailed description, company logo, and high-quality photos. Highlight what makes your company unique and why travelers should book with you.
2. Update Booked Leads and Request Reviews:
   • After booking with a customer, go to My Account > Purchased Leads and select "I Booked This" for the lead you booked. This will display the booking on your public profile and help generate reviews.
   • Request reviews from clients who book with you by going to the Booked Leads page. Positive reviews build credibility and trust.
3. Respond to All Reviews:
   • Engage with customers who leave reviews—both positive and negative. Thank customers for their feedback and address any concerns raised in negative reviews. This shows professionalism and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
