How to Create a High-Quality Tour Package

Welcome to our guide on creating exceptional tour packages to attract more travelers and increase conversions. Follow these steps to ensure your tour package stands out and meets our quality standards. Each tour package you upload will be promoted on our website and shown to travelers before they generate a lead. This ensures we connect them with you only after they show genuine interest in your package.

Uploading Tour Packages will help you get faster and better performing enquiries.

Package Title*

• Use a short but descriptive title for your package, up to 100 characters.‍
• The title should reflect the tour's main highlight or destination (e.g., "Romantic Getaway in Paris—7 Nights").

Example: "5-Day Shimla  Manali Budget Package"

Photos*

• Put 5-10 high-quality images: Upload high-resolution photos that showcase the destinations and experiences in your package. If you have permission from your past clients, you can also add images of them.
• Don’t put your agency photos or your logo or any certificate. Those will get removed.
• Reorder Photos: Drag and drop to arrange photos in the desired order.
• Delete Photos: Click the X icon to remove any photos.

Number of Nights*

Specify the duration of your tour package in nights. If it is 8 Days 7 Nights, put 7.‍

Target Audience

Tour packages leads are currently only available for travelers from India.

Default Setting:

• Travelers from India only

Detailed Itinerary*

Provide a day-by-day breakdown of the activities and sights included in the package.

For each day, please add:

• Day Title: Give each day a descriptive title (e.g., "Arrival in Delhi").
• Day Details: Describe the activities and sightseeing plans for the day. Be specific and engaging. Mention any included meals, transportation, and notable experiences. Use bullet points for clarity.

    • Afternoon: Sightseeing in Delhi (Qutub Minar, India Gate).

Add More Days: Click on [+ Add Another Day] to add days. 

For example, for a tour package with 8 nights and 7 Days, please add 8 days and a day title and description for all days.

Package Inclusion Details*

Clearly outline what is included in the package (e.g., accommodation, meals, guided tours, entrance fees). Use bullet points for easy readability.

Example:

• Accommodation: 7-night stay is included.
• Meals: Breakfast and dinner for each day.
• Guided Tours: Daily guided sightseeing tours.
• Transportation: Airport transfers and local transportation.

Package Exclusion Details*

Clearly outline what is not included in the package (e.g., flights, travel insurance, personal expenses). Use bullet points for clarity.

Example:

• Flights: International and domestic flights are not included.
• Travel Insurance: Not included, travelers should arrange their own insurance.
• Personal Expenses: Any personal expenses such as souvenirs, additional meals, etc.

Other Details (Optional)

Include any additional information such as add-ons, possible upgrades, etc.

Example:

• Optional City Tours: Additional city tours available upon request.
• Spa Packages: Optional spa packages can be added.
• Adventure Activities: Add-on adventure activities like trekking, rafting, etc.

Cancellation Policy (Optional)

Specify Policy: Provide details on the cancellation policy, including any fees or deadlines. Use bullet points for key terms.

Example:

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before departure.
• 50% refund for cancellations within 7 days of departure.

Add Offers with Destinations & Hotel Details*

Create compelling offers by detailing destinations and accommodations:

• Offer Name:* Create a unique name for each offer.

Budget Special, 5-star luxury package, Early Bird Discount, Luxury Upgrade, Festival Special Deal

• List Price: Enter the standard price.
• Offer Price:* Specify the price after the discount (if applicable)

For each destination:

• Destination: Specify the location.
• Number of Nights: Indicate the number of nights at each destination.
• Hotel Category: Specify the hotel rating (e.g., 3-star, 4-star).
• Hotel Name: Provide the name of the hotel.
• Meal Details: Mention included meals (e.g., breakfast, all-inclusive).

More than one offers can also be added if possible.

Specify the end date for the offer validity.

Daily Limit

Set a daily limit for the number of leads you want to receive for this package.

Example: 10
