Document Checklist for Verification

1. Company Verification Documents (Any Two)

Your company verification documents must clearly mention your company name and address and be within the validity period.

Primary Documents

• Certificate of Incorporation
• GST Certificate (All 3 pages)
• Articles of Association
• Memorandum of Association
• Tourism Department Certificate
• IATA Certificate
• Travel Agent Association Membership Certificate

Supporting Documents

• Company PAN Card **
• Udyam Aadhaar Registration ** (Annexure Copy)
• Shop License / Trade License ** (Annexure Copy)
• Company Current Account (Bank Details) **
• Any other document that verifies your company name as a registered travel agency

Note: Documents marked with ** require an additional supporting document that includes the company name and address.

2. Personal Verification Documents (Any one)

The personal verification document must clearly mention the name and address of the company’s Owner, Proprietor, Partner, or Director.

• Aadhar Card
• Passport
• Government Issued ID (For International Travel Agents)
