- Domestic Leads: Travelers planning trips within India.
- Inbound Leads: International travelers planning trips to India. These leads are priced higher due to higher acquisition costs.
- Outbound Leads: Indian travelers planning trips outside India.
Lead Quality Control Process:
TripCrafters has a stringent quality control process to ensure that agents receive high-quality, verified leads with a higher chance of conversion. It is always advised to contact the traveller over both phone call and Whatsapp.
- Email and OTP Verification:
- Travelers are required to verify their lead either via email or OTP (One-Time Password) sent to their registered mobile number. Without this verification, leads are not made active on the platform.
- Phone Verification:
- After email or OTP verification, our in-house team calls every traveler to discuss their requirements and gauge their interest level. Only leads confirmed through this process are marked as "Phone Verified."
- WhatsApp Verification:
- For travelers who prefer communication via WhatsApp, our team verifies their requirements on WhatsApp chat. These leads are marked as "WhatsApp Verified."
- Verified Leads Markings:
- Phone Verified: Displayed in purple.
- WhatsApp Verified: Displayed in green.
- If we cannot verify the traveler over the phone, the lead will not be marked "Phone Verified."
Why Are Inbound Leads Priced Higher?
- The acquisition cost for inbound leads is high due to extensive marketing efforts required to attract international travelers. Therefore, these leads are priced higher compared to domestic and outbound leads. The leads are priced between 400-1000.
