To purchase leads on TripCrafters, agents need to buy credits. Credits are used to pay for leads and are available in different packages. Here’s how to buy credits and choose the right package for your needs:

Types of Credit Packages:

1. Flat Price Packages (AutoBuy):
   • These packages allow you to set up an AutoBuy feature where all leads of your choice will be sent to you at a flat price. The price remains the same, regardless of the number of travelers or the duration of the trip.
   • AutoBuy Settings: You can customize your AutoBuy settings by selecting the type of leads (e.g., Phone Verified, OTP Verified), destinations, travel dates, minimum nights, departure cities, and exclusions (e.g., LTC package leads, B2B leads).
   • Priority Lead Delivery: Once a lead is verified and matches your filters, it is automatically sent to you, and you do not need to log in to purchase leads manually.
   • Control Lead Flow: The AutoBuy feature includes an On/Off switch that allows you to control when you receive leads (e.g., if your office is closed).
   • Tiered Pricing Model: The pricing for AutoBuy leads is determined by a tiered pricing model based on the destination. Destinations are divided into three tiers, each with a different discount level from the base price.
2. Regular Price Packages (Manual Buy):
   • In this package, you have the flexibility to manually select and buy leads of your choice. The price for each lead varies and is displayed with the lead details.
   • Lead Types Available: Domestic, Inbound, and Outbound leads can be purchased manually.
   • Discounts for Larger Packages: The larger the package you buy, the more discounts are available.

How to Purchase Credits:

1. Navigate to the "Buy Credits" Section:
   • Log in to your TripCrafters account and click on the "BUY CREDITS" button located at the top right of the page.
2. Select a Credit Package:
   • Choose between Flat Price Packages (AutoBuy) or Regular Price Packages (Manual Buy) based on your lead management preferences.
3. Choose a Payment Method:
   • TripCrafters offers multiple payment options for purchasing credits:some text
     • Online Payment: Use Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking by clicking on the "BUY NOW" button. The website uses a secure payment gateway.
     • Offline Payment: You can also pay by CASH, CHEQUE, or NEFT. Click on "To Pay by Cheque / Cash / NEFT - Click Here" to view our bank account details. Once the payment is made, send a soft copy of the deposit slip or a screenshot to our support team to add credits to your account.
4. Confirm Your Purchase:
   • After payment is completed, credits will be added to your account, and you will be notified via email.
