How to Request and Manage Reviews

Reviews are vital for building a strong reputation on TripCrafters. They can influence potential customers’ decisions and improve your profile’s visibility. Here’s how to manage and request reviews:

1. Ask for Reviews from Clients:
   • After booking with clients, go to the "Booked Leads" page and select the leads marked as "BOOKED." Click on the "ASK FOR REVIEW" button to send an email request to the client directly from TripCrafters.

2. Get Bonus Credits for Reviews:
   • TripCrafters/Holidify Reviews: Agents can earn 200 bonus credits for each 4-star and 5-star review.
   • External/Direct Reviews: Agents can earn 100 bonus credits for each external review (applicable for the first 10 reviews only).

3. Invite Direct Customers to Review You:
   • Go to the "DIRECT REVIEWS" tab. Enter the name,email address and contact number of your past clients, and click "Request A Review" to invite them to leave a review on your TripCrafters profile.

4. Maintain Genuine Reviews:
   • Ensure that you only invite genuine customers to write reviews. Our verification team strictly checks every review before approving it to maintain authenticity. Fake reviews will be deleted, and your profile ranking may be affected.
   • Eligibility: Only reviews with ratings of 4 stars and above qualify for bonus credits. Below 3 star or Lower ratings / Negative Review are not eligible.
