How to Use AutoBuy

For Better Conversions Focus on Fresh, Relevant Phone Verified Leads.

How to Set Up AutoBuy

  1. Navigate to AutoBuy Settings:
    • Go to My Account > AutoBuy Settings.
  2. Set Up Your Filters:
    • Destination Preferences: Choose destinations where your business specializes.
    • Lead Verification Type: Select between OTP Verified or Phone Verified leads.
    • Travel Date Range: Set a date range for the trips you are interested in. For Domestic leads set the timeframe from 0 to 120 days and for international leads from 2 to 180 days.
    • Minimum Nights and Travelers: Specify the minimum number of nights and travelers for the leads you want to receive.
    • Departure State/City: Choose specific departure cities for travelers. If you want leads from multiple cities within a particular state, simply use the state name in your preferences.
    • Daily Limit: Set up Number of leads you Require on a per day basis for each individual destination.
    • Exclusions: Exclude unwanted lead types such as LTC packages or B2B leads, allowing you to focus on more relevant opportunities. Use the exclusions feature to remove any cities or states you don’t want departures from. For instance, if certain regions don’t align with your offerings, excluding them helps maintain lead quality.
  3. Manage Leads Automatically:
    • Leads that match your criteria will be sent directly to your inbox without the need to manually log in and purchase them.
  4. Control Lead Flow:
    • Use the On/Off switch to control when you want to receive leads. For instance, if your office is closed on a particular day, you can turn off the flow of leads temporarily.

Best Practices for Choosing AutoBuy Settings

  1. Exclude Rather Than Specify Cities:
    • Instead of specifying which cities you want, focus on excluding the cities you do not want. This will widen the range of leads you can receive and improve the likelihood of matching with the right travelers.
  2. Consult with Your Account Manager:
    • Incorrect AutoBuy settings can prevent you from receiving leads. It is strongly recommended to consult with your account manager to ensure the settings align with your goals and needs, helping you get the best results from the AutoBuy feature.
  3. Avoid Constantly Switching AutoBuy On and Off
    • Frequent toggling of AutoBuy can disrupt the lead fulfillment process and affect your performance. Instead, adjust the timing settings to match your availability. For example, set specific hours during which you prefer to receive leads.

Tips for Selecting the Right Leads

  1. Choose Leads Relevant to Your Specialization:
    • Focus on leads that match the destinations and types of trips you excel at. This will increase the likelihood of converting leads into bookings.
  2. Prioritize Phone/Whatsapp Verified Leads:
    • Start by buying only Phone Verified leads until you become more confident in selecting the right leads. Phone Verified leads generally have higher reliability, improving your chances of successful engagement.
  3. Opt for Fresh Leads:
    • Prioritize leads that have been created or verified within the last 2-3 days. Fresh leads are more likely to convert because the traveler’s interest is recent and they haven’t been oversold by other agents.
  4. Customize Lead Preferences:
    • Regularly update your lead preferences by going to My Account > Lead Preferences. This ensures that you are continuously getting the most relevant leads, aligning with any changes in your business focus or market trends.

AutoBuy Settings: Reasons You May Not Be Receiving Lead

  1. Lead Verification Timings:
    • We verify leads between 9 AM to 6 PM. Ensure your AutoBuy settings are active during this time frame. If your AutoBuy time is off during these hours, you might not receive enough leads, as this is the window when most leads are verified and made available.
  2. Activity On/Off During Certain Days:
    • Adjust your AutoBuy settings for days when your office is closed or when you do not wish to receive leads. Use the On/Off switch to control lead flow accordingly.
  3. Restricted Filters:
Be cautious with filters that might restrict your ability to receive leads:
  • Departure Date Range: Ensure the departure date range matches the typical lead requirements for your destinations.
  • Specific Cities: Overly specific city filters can limit lead volume.
  • Minimum Number of Travelers and Nights: Setting strict minimums may reduce the number of leads available.
  • Low Season and Natural Calamities: Adjust your settings if you are operating in regions affected by low season or natural calamities that may impact tourism in the area.
