Profiles with low ratings (e.g., below 4 stars) are less likely to secure bookings, and we cannot recommend profiles with low ratings to travelers. Maintaining high service standards is crucial to ensuring a positive experience for both agents and travelers.

If your profile has a low rating (e.g., 3 stars), we strongly recommend taking immediate steps to improve it. To enhance your chances of securing bookings:

1. Encourage Positive Reviews:
   • Invite genuine travelers to leave feedback about their experience with your services. Aiming for consistent 4-star or higher ratings will significantly increase your visibility to potential travelers.
2. Build Trust and Appeal:
