Tips for Purchasing TripCrafters Leads

Choose Your Lead Buying Method: Manual or AutoBuy on TripCrafters

TripCrafters offers two options for purchasing leads: Manual Lead Purchase and AutoBuy Settings.

Manual Lead Purchase Process

  1. Navigate to the Leads Tab: Log in to your TripCrafters account and go to the "Buy Leads" section.
  2. Select the Desired Lead Type: Choose from Inbound, Outbound, or Domestic leads.
  3. Review the Lead Details: Click on the "VIEW" button next to each lead to see more details, such as the "lead number," "date created," "traveler's requirements," and "verification status."
  4. Check the Lead Verification: Ensure that the lead is either "Phone Verified" or "WhatsApp Verified" to avoid low-quality leads.
  5. Buy the Lead: Click on the "Buy Now" button, which displays the lead price in orange. Once purchased, the client's contact details will be visible on your screen, and you will receive an email with the client's details.
  6. Follow-Up: After purchasing a lead, contact the client immediately and provide them with your package details.

How to Set Up AutoBuy

  1. Navigate to AutoBuy Settings:
    • Go to My Account > AutoBuy Settings.
  2. Set Up Your Filters:
    • Destination Preferences: Choose destinations where your business specializes.
    • Lead Verification Type: Select between OTP Verified or Phone Verified leads.
    • Travel Date Range: Set a date range for the trips you are interested in.
    • Minimum Nights and Travelers: Specify the minimum number of nights and travelers for the leads you want to receive.
    • Departure Cities: Choose specific departure cities for travelers.
    • Daily Limit: Set up Number of leads you require on a per day basis for each individual destination.
    • Exclusions: Exclude unwanted lead types such as LTC packages or B2B leads, allowing you to focus on more relevant opportunities.
  1. Manage Leads Automatically:
    • Leads that match your criteria will be sent directly to your inbox without the need to manually log in and purchase them.
  2. Control Lead Flow:
    • Use the On/Off switch to control when you want to receive leads. For instance, if your office is closed on a particular day, you can turn off the flow of leads temporarily.

Budget Issue

  • Budget concerns are common with some travelers, Highlight the best inclusions in your package to justify the price. Show them how your packages maximize their budget by including the best deals or experiences.
  • Share 2–3 package variations (economy, standard, luxury) to fit different budgets. Politely explain how budgets impact the quality of service, accommodations, or inclusions. Explain the cost factors like flights, hotel category, and activities to justify the pricing.
  • Politely clarify what their budget can cover and offer options that balance cost and quality. Suggest adjusting travel dates or destinations to align with their budget.
