Key Features of Your Dashboard:
- Leads: View available leads, purchase leads, and track purchased leads.
- Packages: Manage your tour packages, upload new packages, and view package leads.
- Profile: Edit and optimize your company profile, upload logos and photos, and manage billing information.
- Reviews: View and manage reviews for your company, request reviews from customers, and track bonus credits.
- Account Settings: Manage your lead preferences, notification settings, and apply for refunds.
Getting Familiar with the Dashboard:
- Leads Tab: This section displays leads recommended for you based on the destinations you specialize in. You can also filter leads by inbound, outbound, or domestic categories.
- Packages Tab: Allows you to upload new tour packages, manage existing ones, and monitor inquiries generated from them.
