TripCrafters is an online travel marketplace that connects verified travelers with expert travel agents who create customized trip packages based on their preferences. When a traveler submits an inquiry, it goes through a verification process before getting matched with a travel agent.
Once a lead is verified, we match it with up to three travel agents based on lead preferences. Agents can then access the traveler's details, understand their requirements, and provide custom quotations. Travelers can compare these options and book directly with the agent of their choice. The platform ensures transparency, real-time support, and quality of verified leads.

- How do you verify leads?
At TripCrafters, every traveler inquiry undergoes multiple verification steps before reaching an agent, ensuring that you receive only genuine, high-intent leads.
When a traveler submits an inquiry, they must:
- Verify their contact details via OTP (One-Time Password) sent to their registered mobile number.
- Provide personal details, including phone number, email, and name.
- Submit detailed travel requirements, such as:
Destinations, number of travelers (adults + minors, with minor ages up to 4 years), departure city, departure date, whether tickets are already booked, services required (hotels, sightseeing, transport, etc.), hotel budget category (Budget, Mid-range, Luxury, etc.), passport details (for international trips), booking urgency (If a traveler indicates they are not looking to book, their inquiry is removed immediately).
At this stage, the inquiry becomes an OTP Verified Lead. Many leads sell out at this step as they are immediately purchased by agents.
Leads that remain available after OTP verification undergo an additional quality check via WhatsApp or Phone Verification:
- Travel details are reconfirmed directly with the traveler.
- The lead is removed if the traveler’s plans are unclear or if they are not serious about booking.
These WhatsApp and Phone Verified Leads have the highest engagement rates, ensuring that you connect with high-quality travelers actively looking to book a trip.

The number of leads you receive depends on traveler demand and your lead preferences (destinations, trip type, budget, etc.). While TripCrafters generates thousands of leads daily, the exact number you get varies based on:
Destination Demand – This is the biggest factor. Popular destinations and peak travel seasons generate more leads.
Your Lead Preferences – The more flexible your criteria, the more leads you receive.

No, TripCrafters does not offer exclusive leads by default. However, if you upload a tour package on TripCrafters & Holidify, travelers inquiring about your package can choose whether they want to be connected with only your agency or up to three agents. This means that while some tour package leads may be exclusive, we leave that choice to the traveler.
